Lappeenrannan Seudun Yrityspalvelut Oy (Lappeenranta Business Development, LSYP) is a regional development company owned by the Cities of Lappeenranta and Joutseno and the neighbouring municipalities Lemi, Luumäki, Savitaipale, Suomenniemi, Taipalsaari and Ylämaa. Our aim is to serve local entrepreneurs and tourists, in order to create new enterprises and employment in Lappeenranta region.

Founded in 1999, the company is a part of the Lappeenranta City Group and Lappeenranta City Holding Company Ltd.
